He set the Bellsprout Tower on fire some time ago, but bombs do seem to be a frequent part of his attacks.

No, he hasn't. At least, there's never been any report of his arrest; I'm sure they'd make that public if they did catch him.

I'm asking a lot of questions, aren't I...? It's just that that was...well, I'm a college student. Terrorist threats aren't something I have any experience with, it was a bit terrifying.

No, it's quite alright. He's been doing this for a long time and his methods are usually the same. They're... interesting, though I have no idea why he launches these attacks in the first place.
