I'm not surprised, it's an obscure piece of history. The religion must have died out four hundred years ago now.

In the old part of Central, you can still see one of the churches.

I'm sure there are books on the subject, but you'd probably have to be actively looking for books about religion. Anything else would probably leave it as a footnote.

It certainly is. I'd have never imagined we had such a holiday back in Amestris, much less the religion it's based in.

[Who knows, maybe they'll get lucky and information about the religion will pop up at some point here. He kind of doubts it, but who knows with this place. It's at least a curiosity for anyone who is willing to put the effort into finding out the world's secrets.]

Unfortunately I can't tell you much about the religion itself, but I find it interesting it existed in our world at all.

Indeed. It's certainly an interesting holiday; it doesn't seem to be directly associated with any sort of Pokémon mythological figure in particular. Stantler and Delibird are often depicted on cards and such, but there isn't a central figure that the holiday is associated with. I have to wonder if there's a reason for that. I've heard that other worlds have Christmas as well, so surely there's some common thread between all of them that could explain why Amestris no longer follows that religion.
